Not sure what all the hype is about?
Pop in to us and we'll take you through the format of our classes, assess your fitness level and demonstrate some of the key movements.
You'll get to meet our coaches, see our gym facilities, and we'll answer any question you have.
Your Intro will take approximately 45 minutes and is completely free.
The Fundamentals Course is a total of three hour-long classes and each of our members must complete these sessions before becoming a member of WILD WAY.
Completing our Fundamentals Course means each of our members joins with the same level of knowledge about the ethos of WILD WAY CrossFit, CrossFit movements and format of our classes.
It also gives our coaches more time to see you moving. This allows us to analyse your strengths and weaknesses to better advise on your scaling options with each workout once you join, which makes the Fundamentals Course useful for everyone, regardless of your fitness level or athletic background.
Whether you're supplementing other training with a couple of CrossFit classes per week or if you want Unlimited access to making CrossFit a core part of your fitness journey there is a membership option to suit you at WILD WAY CrossFit.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM CROSSFIT
CrossFit classes are high-intensity, constantly varied workouts made up of efficient, functional movements.
Classes are small, which allows personalised advice from coaches on scaling workouts and progressions to more complex movements.
CLASSES AT WILD WAY CROSSFIT
Let our coaches do the thinking for you! Getting to the gym takes up enough mental energy, once you get to WILD WAY you'll never have to wonder about what exercises to do each day.
Saturdays are for coffee, chats and workouts!
Join us on Saturday mornings from 11am for our weekly Team WOD.
All members welcome.
We're only getting started here at WILD WAY Crossfit.
Over the next few months, once we get to know all of our new members, we'll adapt the timetable to include other classes such as Ladies Only CrossFit, Olympic Lifting and Mobility.
WHO WE ARE
WILD WAY CrossFit is led by Holly Hodgins and Anthony Clavin.
Holly is a qualified CrossFit Coach, Olympic Lifting Coach and Sports Therapist. Anthony has a background in martial arts, trail running and nutrition.
Their complimentary skills gives them a complete approach to movement training. They are also avid coffee fans, enjoy challenging each other to handstand competitions, and do as much activity outside the gym as inside.
WILD WAY CrossFit is open to everyone. The more diversity among our members, the more fun we have! So when we say all levels of fitness, mobility, health and age are welcome, we really mean it.
