YOUR MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
Whether you're supplementing your training with a class a couple of times per week or if you want Unlimited access to making CrossFit a core part of your fitness journey there is a membership option that is right for you at WILD WAY CrossFit.
All our members, no matter your membership level, are always welcome to all of our social activities both in and out of the gym.
We'll frequently do trail runs, mountain climbs and hikes to test our bodies in the real world! As well as other fun, active outings, because WILD WAY CrossFit isn't just a gym, it's a community.
CROSSFIT FUNDAMENTALS COURSE
Three x 1 Hour Sessions which are tailored to your needs. Guided by an Expert Coach who is focused on building your technique, analysing your strengths and weaknesses, will leave you with an excellent foundation to build your CrossFit training on.
These courses are run in small groups OR one to one with your coach which can be organised to suit you schedule.
The Fundamentals Course must be completed before becoming a member of WILD WAY.
2 X PER WEEK MEMBERSHIP
From €9.50 per class
Attend any 2 x Midweek CrossFit Classes per week and access to our Team Workouts on Saturdays. This is an ideal membership level if you're new to, returning to training or, using CrossFit to supplement other sport.
Not everyone can make the weekend and we want you to make the most of your membership so you can opt for an any 10 session per month option too!
We are pleased to introduce Chris Carr, a Master’s Trained Physiotherapist with 11 years’ experience helping people overcome injury and perform optimally.
